    Xenon flat fender flares

I looking at Xenon flat fender flares to put on my 2004 tj sport. I currently have no lift and 31x1050 r 15 fankon ziex st on Ravin 15x8 wheels with no rubbing issues.

    these are the flares here

The question I have is could I go to 32x1150 r 15 with the added clearance of these flares? would I need wheel spacers or new wheels with less backspacing?
or should I just stick with 31x1050 r 15s? no matter what I will be going with a more aggressive all terrain tire. I don't plan on lifting my jeep for a while if at all.
    Just liven the Dream
